On 5/10/18 at around 3:45pm. Came in to the store becuase we had purchased a baby mag about 2 weeks ago from that store and the tank started to leak so we changed the coil and the tank was still leaking. So brought the unit up to the store to see what was going on with it and to see if we were doing something wrong. The young guy working there looked at the unit. Just for 3 seconds just looked at it didn't take it apart and said the o-rings looked good and that no tank in leak proof and that we would have to buy a brand new tank and they are $40 bucks. Walked out and we won't be back. This unit is 2 weeks old and has never been dropped or anything like. So most likely is was somthing we were doing wrong but his first instinct is to sell another product and not lookin to what the real problem is. Even is it ended up being the tank it's 2 weeks old I would hope it came with a warranty. Customer service can go a long way to getting returned buissness.
