Nice place. Good selection. Staff wasn't very helpful though as someone new to vaping I felt that they didn't have the time to answer my questions and only wanted to push you into certain brands/flavors. I wouldn't recommend and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

That is the worst vape I ever be too.I use to go there but they refused to honor my my reward card more then once.they lost my business.sucks to be them.

This shop runs more like a playground than a business. I am a weekly customer, about 8 or 9 out of 10 visits they are out of stock of something that I need. They are completely out of coils for entire tank lines half the time. They charge you for the nic boosters for juice that they should have in the first place which they never used to do if they were out of stock of something you needed when I first started coming here over a year ago. So you end up leaving spending an extra $10 It's not our fault as consumers that they don't keep up their inventory but the cost goes over to the customer? This has happened on many occasions. Unacceptable. No other vape shops do this. I have tried to resolve these issues with them to no avail. I'm just told to go to their other location if they are out of product (weekly). Also unacceptable. I started as a satisfied customer but I think I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on. They do not deliver what I expect as a customer. EDIT I tried them again today. Didn't have my juice in stock in the nic I wanted. BUT the cashier offered me a nic booster, and I paid for a second. Fair enough.

Excellent shop. Great for the community and they care about their customers and even other shop workers. I highly recommend this place for any vaper both professional and casual.

I've always had great service at this place. The staff is always very helpful. The last lady that made a review on this don't know what she was thinking cause I've always had a fantastic experience with the guy she was talking about he has always been very helpful and never was rude. I've seen him service a lot of customers and I've never seen him rude to any of them.
