Came into the store roughly 2 or 3 weeks ago and I came in to get a new glass for cleto. Replaced it and juice just leaked out everywhere. So I went back 2 days later told them what was going on and whom I am guessing is the owner said. Well it's more than likely the seal so I ended up getting a new tank. Which the same thing happened it leaked all the juice everywhere and it would not recognize the atomizer she put it on some tester and kept distracting herself from the situation at hand and just handed me the tank and sent me on my way. I was very unhappy with how she dealt with me and my vaping concerns. So I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. This lady who is the owner has no idea what she is talking about nor does she know much knowledge of the vaping community.

I had a particularly bad experience with this place. I have a nice 30watt battery and Atlantis 2 atomizer as my main setup, and just needed to replace my $8 Aspire BDC, which is my everyday beater setup which has worked great for me. They didn't carry the BDC or anything similar, so the girl at the shop insisted that the $20 tank she had would be the closest thing and recommended for my setup. After filling the tank and letting it sit for a few minutes, it had a severely burnt plastic flavor, so she replaced the coil, citing residual oil as the likely cause. The replacement coil was somewhat better, but continued to have a burnt flavor throughout the day, and also had issues with leaking out through the tip. I returned to the shop to get it replaced and was told by a another worker that they had a policy of not replacing any of their products for any reason. In addition she told me that the atomizer cannot handle the voltage that my battery produced (which was also bought at City Vapor). Long story short, I came in looking for a very specific product that had worked flawlessly in my experience, and was instead sold a more expensive product which produces burnt hits, leaks, and was given a very poor match for the battery which I purchased at their store. They do not stand by their products, or seem to be very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. I have had good experiences at JoJo's in Vandalia and Vaporcast on Main st, in terms of customer service, pricing and quality, so I would recommend choosing another spot for your vaping needs.
