Used to shop here all the time because they were the only one that carried my juice brand around here. The owner has been nothing but nice and helpful to me. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the employees. The young guy with the long hair has been nothing but rude to me on multiple occasions to the point I stopped shopping there. The first time I figured he was just having a bad day but this has been an issue everytime I've gone in there. Aside from having to hunt him down to get help when I go in there, he couldn't even be bothered to help me find a new flavor. Its a bummer because I like owner which is the only reason I'm leaving 2 stars.

The first two times I visited the owner was very friendly and helpful. However my third visit was vastly different. My vape wasn’t charging, I’d had it less than a month. The owner became very agitated. Accused me of forcing the charger inside. He became so agitated I asked him to calm down. He stated he was calm. I informed him I felt attacked. He continued to raise his voice and speak over me. I did not demand a refund, nor did I ask for a replacement. He did give me the $ back, but made it very clear he did not want my business. He further went on to insinuate that it was all user error. And he wouldn’t sell me anything bc this would happen again. We’re talking about a $40 vape. All this over $40. I had also purchased a separate pod that was unopened. So I gave it to him and told him he obviously needed the $ more than me. What he doesn’t know is I’m a single mother with a chronic illness that keeps me from being able to work. I’ll never be back. . He should know as a business owner that these things happen. Sometimes you chalk it up to a loss.instead he had a meltdown

Walked in, guy was on it asking me what I was looking for, asked for ID, I told him what I was looking for in a juice and I was fairly specific, he threw out his recommendations and ended up settling on the Heisenberg. Great service will be back

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a vape shop. I walked in and the guy came out of the bathroom and all he did was play on his phone. He didn’t even talk to me or offer to show me anything. I will not be coming back ever again.

I haven't honestly been to his store since he moved to Springboro, but the owner of the store was one of the first vape shops in the area at a little kiosk in the Dayton mall. His prices were always fair during those times and he really cared about his costumers. He's been around since at least 2012, so to all these negative reviewers (probably douche bags from Vapor Haus picking on the little guy) he must be doing something right considering his tenure as a shop in the area
