My visit was so amazing that I'm writing this review as I sit in the parking lot! Outstanding customer service from Michael and Jessica! They offer military discount and they helped me set up my equipment. I will definitely be back to purchase more items from here. DON’T waste your money at the Glass House, come here!

I have only been once (my internal battery mod stopped holding a charge.) Didn't even look at juices as I have making my own for a long time now for about$0.75 a bottle; but got a display model for 10% off. Was still given a 30 day return (I don't know what everyone else is talking about, maybe it's no return on loose batteries or something) and other than the tank being a little small have not had any problems. Not the best store I've been in but still a satisfied customer

Let's be honest .I'll probably never fully commit to vaping over cigarettes. But every couple months when it's "this time for sure" everyone in here is always super friendly and helpful . I'm like 90% vape illiterate but they're always so patient and never feel judged. I like that they aren't snobby about it like other places and never try to oversell me knowing I don't know Jack .maybe one day yall will convince me .
