Worst Avail I’ve been too. Personally I’d rather drive to the North Olmsted location. They are more helpful and super nice. Didn’t even get my purchase bagged at this location. Never again coming to this one.

Just went in for the first time to look at getting a vape and the dude there was super chill and nice. Told me about the membership and the perks you get with it, let me look around, see what I was interested in etc. All round really good first time experience. Definitely gonna be back there some time.

Walked in to Check the Place out. I was interested in looking at getting a bigger Mod. Chris spent almost 2 hours with me helping me pick out a new Mod and teaching me about the Drip tank they had. He is very Knowledgeable and made the shopping experience enjoyable. Chris went above and beyond on customer service and made sure I was nothing but happy when I left. It’s very hard to find a good customer service rep anywhere in this new fast paced society we live in and I really appreciated the time he took.
