Rude af! Myself and my kids which are both legal adults have spent hundreds of dollars in this store regularly over the past year . The other day we went to get coils. My son was carded even though he has been a regular for quite some time. That's fine I understand. It was his rudeness and attitude as if he was happy with himself. He was really loud and rude and it was very embarrassing. We live a minute away. If he had not been a complete jerk we would have just ran home. Well guess what? There's TONS of vape stores in town and I will never be back. This guy which has checked me out many times should have known we were good customers. Not anymore. Anyone reading this...these jerks are moving to Canal Winchester. I won't be going there either.

Both vapor station locations, Groveport and Canal Winchester are the best vapor shops in Columbus. Both locations, staff members are very customer service professional. they know a lot about all their products. Awesome choices of flavors, house juice and premium brands. I have bought all my mods and tanks from both locations. And have NEVER had any issues. If i had a problem with any of my mods, all their staff members have helped me fix the problem, and are always VERY professional. I have sent all my friends who wanted to quit smoking to both locations, and have had excellent service, and extremely happy with their choice to go the those 2 vapor station locations. I wish they had more than 5 stars to rate both locations, because they are worth a lot more than 5 stars. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 all day long.

Brainwashed staff with FDA jargon. Other Vape shops don't have this problem. Staff is great, business is run poorly. Inconsistent stock. Never have the same juices. They use the same excuses everytime, makes it hard to patronize this shop. The staff is positive , but have to recommend the slow moving vape that has horrible taste. I don't see this place being in business very long.

Great selection of juices, in house-made, to popular premium brands. You can sample anything you want, until you find what you like. They always have the newest and best selling mods (ecigs) in Stock, and are very knowledgeable. Some mods are priced a little higher than online, but that's the price you pay for the convenience of a "brick and mortar" store. Staff is also very easy to get along with,and I've met all of them. I can't say enough good things about this location.
