The customer service here was amazing, I think the employees name was Shawn and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me (I'm a very indecisive person) It's been awhile since I've been in the vape scene and he took the time to go over the pros and cons of almost all the devices there so I could get something that fit my style. Very professional. This is a stark contrast to most places that I have visited in the past. 5 stars, the prices were a little high but you can become a member for $1 and this reduces the prices by a large margin. Would recommend this place to anyone

Giving this a 5 star because i want this shown, went to avail vapor today employees were rude, unkind and most of all not helpful. Their sample tanks tasted horrible which made me believe their juice was not great either. not to mention you have to pay to sample per person( your not aloud to share a tip with a friend). They also asked for my ID more than once, for computer reasons?

The customer service is phenomenal, they help me and my brother find what fit us both and gave us much needed knowledge on how to care and operate our devices. Another plus is the price, no shop I've been too can beat their or even match their prices.
