I walked in to the store, employees were friendly at first. The first thing they asked me for was my ID. I'm in my 30s seriously!! Then I said I left it in my work bag but, if they could answer a question for me. I needed a tank and replacement batteries. I explained all of this and after I asked for what I needed again they said we cant help you with out an ID.Seriously! If they told me they had the parts I needed I would've went home to get my ID.. I will never return. Snobby staff!

Excellent and knowledgeable staff! They are always incredibly friendly and chill people, they give time to try all the juices and answer any questions you throw at them. The staff are very informative of their products and knowledgeable of the current vape scene. They offer tons of different juices in most nic levels. I recommend Churrios, Nana Nut Swirl, or Effect. Today I went in, having my vape stolen a few days prior, and purchased the Segelei Fuchai Duo 3, and they talked me into buying the Falcon Mesh tank, by HorizonTech. Justin even gave me a bottle of his own personal vape juice, Thanks again! It may look like a corporate vape shop, but inside is absolute magic every time you walk in there.

I couldn't have asked for a better first experience. I'm trying to quit smoking, and didn't have the first clue where to start. The staff was AMAZING! Super helpful and informative. Had really great recommendations and I just felt welcomed. They certainly have my business from now on!
