Tucker was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make things right even though there were issues beyond his control. Every time i visit there I always get great service and tips on different sales and ways to save money. definitely awesome place to go to.

Let me just start this off with my man Tucker he doesn’t just walk on water like that Andy guy, but he goes above it, he levitates over it. They are the most friendly staff I’ve ever been to. Very welcoming and don’t push sales on you and with answer any questions you have to an extreme! I recommend it to everyone. Definitely a place to go to for all vaping needs.

Just really really great customer service. It's a great shop plenty of variety and inventory. And above all else the person who helped me was great. I told him about the problem I had at vapor station in Clintonville and he totally understood and actually helped walk me through some of the maintenance and problems I was having with a product I didn't even purchase from them. Top notch. It's the only place I'll be going to from now on. Thank you to the employee who actually took the time to help me.

This is an amazing vape store!! Best juice and the membership is the way to go! It's $1 and you get it for life! It gives you 10% off everything and you get to taste any favor they have! The employees are to nice and professional!

Both the lady and the gentleman have been extremely helpful to me. I didn't know anything about vapor systems other then my previous one needed to be replaced and they have both taken time with me, teaching me about different components and making me feel more confident with what I have now. This is now my number one spot to go.

this message is to management at avail vapors. what you did getting rid of grant and the reason for doing it has cost you my business. it may not mean a thing to a big company such as yourself but i will do my part in making sure i dont support this company anymore. your juice was expensive compared to other shops anyways. we will save money going to another shop. i came here for the great customer service not the expensive juice!

i will add one thing before i rant about the products of avail vapor. Avail Vapor outlet that I went to was great with customer service and very helpful in describing the falvors. They also let you try out their flavors for a dollar, which was a blessing in disguise for me. As I have realised that the flavors are not that very strong. I just felt like the flavors were mild and none of them gave that lingering taste in your mouth. For that only reason, I am not going to avail vapors.
