I have consistently been sold merchandise that was not compatible with the merchandise I took to the store with me. Then I was told that even though the owner agreed that the sales clerk had sold me the wrong products he would not give me a refund even though I had never used the tank and everything was still in the box. I was sold a battery operated unit with a dead battery which he refused to charge. If you are looking for electronic cigarettes and any products related to them I highly recommend that you go to Mad Vapes online. If you call the help line they are very thorough and explaining things to you and extremely knowledgeable about their products. If you need something they don't have in stock they will refer you to another company that does have it. They also do not rape you at the checkout with their jacked up prices. So I suggest you go to Mad Vapes and let Vapor Trails Trail away
