Great place. Love the staff. However new people have been hired and a lady I think her name is Chelsea is not really a bright person. Whenever I come in and asks questions, I feel like I get talked down a lot from her. Not very good at customer service. I heard alot of people have complained about her attitude and I can 100% agree that. I love stopping by talking to the other people that have worked longer. They are very welcoming. Clearly this place is a hangout place as well. So people should be able to talk to everyone nicely.

I was recently in there and was sold the wrong coils(partly my fault for being vape stupid). Anyways, I called and they only have a 7 day return policy and I live two hours away/work full time so I didn't have time to go and had to cancel my weekend plans to return them. I voiced my disappointment that they were unwilling to work with me about the return policy and the guy working(I think his name was Matt?? Super nice) told me that he'd let his boss know. The owner then reached out to me personally to apologize and said he'd ship me the correct coils free of charge. So, even though my experience started off rough, they were still polite and helpful the whole time and it was really nice that the owner reached out to clear things up and help. I'd recommend going here and you can taste test all their juices. Huge plus! :)

Great selection of e-liquid, mods, tanks and rdas. The lady that was working was nice and very knowledgeable. Will definitely do business there again.
