Went in not 100 percent sure about what I was looking for. Mike E is the name of the guy that helped me. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products. It was a little busy in the store and he was the only one working. He apologized a few times for the wait. He was very professional and took the time to help each customer until they were satisfied. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions. I would hope that the company is able to hire some more people. He never complained about being the only one working. But it was obvious there was enough business to justify another person working.

I won't go anywhere else! Love the store, the prices and most of all the staff; some of the nicest, knowledgeable people in the vape industry. Can't say enough good things about the place, just go!

The employees are so helpful! I've smoked one flavor for 3 years and recently moved out this way...my juice is special made by a self owned vape shop...leaving me the difficult choice of going to Massillon everytime I need more juice or driving 5 minutes down the road. I tried about 20 different flavors and finally found a very similar juice!! We tweaked it just a bit and so far it's perfect! I was so nervous...I've tried other flavors before but never had any luck. Not only did I find a new flavor, I also found my new favorite vape shop!

My go to for my vape needs or accessories. The staffs friendly and super cooperative almost at all times. The house flavors are great for the price, if you don't know what to pick just ask for a recommendation and they'll help you with your needs and wants in mind

The Associates are friendly and helpful. The store has a good selection of Tanks and juice and its always clean. I always get what I need from this store. Love it.
