I dont know what anyone else is saying bad about their experiences listen all companys dont have time to check each coil,tanks,and mods if yours dont work but another one or buy a similar vape or different coil or similar e-juice but honestly a good place to get your vape supplies their vape juice is one of the best I like how it's not a coil killer like not too much sweetener. Keep up the excellent work everyone

Absolutely terrible customer service by the entire staff, remember what customer service means ?? Unknowledgeable and would not honor their exchange policy!! In the beginning I had a decent experience, I was there 5 separate occasions. I purchased juice on 2 occasion, coils 2 separate occasions and then a new cartridge for my mod. I was satisfied at this point. I started vaping nic salts some time ago and and was in need of a new unit, I've purchased 3 seperate device kits in the past that have all failed in one way or another. These were from seperate businesses so I decided to try a new device from Vaporhub. Figured I would be pointed in the right direction after explaining all the issues I've had with the other units. I finally decided on the Smok Rpm40 kit as it nailed the checklist to what I was looking for. I was very happy with my purchase untill I got into my vehicle and found out that the end of any juice bottle would not fit in the hole in the pod to fill the tank. I was in a rush, so figured there was a way to fix the issue at a later time. I was so very happy with the performance of this unit...until 3 days later the pod developed numerous fine cracks and was leaking. I then returned to Vaporhub with my receipt to get help and solve the issue. I was told that the first pods all crack ? I then told them about the issue in filling the pod as well, in which the male employee said he replied "never heard of this issue ?" He then passed me a small refillable bottle that fixed the issue of the juice bottle tip not fitting the pod and also passed me a new pod and said "don't worry about it" but as I went to walk out of the door he stated that I owed him x amount of money for the pod, in which I replied "you're kidding me right ?!" So after some conversation about that I paid him unhappily and stated if there were any other issues with the device I'd be bringing it back to them for an exchange or refund. I left, very unhappy about this transaction. So, not even a week later the unit was leaking juice everywhere.. with disbelief I tried the optional rpm pod . 2 days later that one starts leaking as well.... I was done dealing with the device and finally was able to get to Vaporhub with receipts for it and the extra pod that I shouldn't have had to pay for. I dealt with the same male employee that sold me the unit, then the pod and proceeded to physically show and explain the issues with the device and pod. He was baffled didn't know what to say or do. I then asked to speak with the management, she wasn't scheduled for 5 days and said he couldn't do anything about it. At this point I'm unhappy with the whole situation and asked him to call the manager in which he did.. he failed to tell her the phone was on speaker and after a brief description of the issues with the device she replied with an ignorant tone "well did he drop it or anything !!" I then spoke up and told her exactly what the issues were and then stated it was in perfect physical condition. Reminder, this is only 2 1/2 weeks after purchase but was having issues within 3 days! I kindly asked if we could exchange it for another device or I would pay the difference for on a more expensive kit. She said that all vape devices leak and there was nothing that they could do because the battery worked fine and nothing else was covered with a snotty attitude !! I replied, So if I bought a car and all the wheels fell off but the motor worked, I wouldn't receive a replacement? At this point I'm like a kettle at it's boiling point, I asked to speak with the owner which they wouldn't help with! So I left absolutely furious. After some self education on the internet I found out what was causing the pods to leak or any device to leak. Coil ohm's, Juice type, pg/vg mix and mg of nicotine and frequency of use. In short, don't be so greedy, stand by your products ! Ultimately, if the staff was properly educated about the products they sell and entire process of vaping this could have been resolved in respectful, simple manner instead of losing customers.
