Best source for a huge variety of e-liquid (both classics and nix) in Halifax, reasonable prices for hardware, lots of MTLs, tanks, mods also some smoking accessories. The staff is very friendly and I'm happy with the service level. Oh, also as a plus, they have a large choice of Nasty Juices. Imho, other shops beyond downtown are incomparable in terms of products assortment.
