The staff is amazing, friendly and always know how to solve the problem! If I ever move away from Zebulon, I'll make the trip back out here for my vape needs before I go anywhere else because I know the service is exceptional! Also, as a consumer, it feels nice to know I'm getting the best deals, while at the same time enjoying the company of the staff! If you have any Cell Phone or Vape needs, check then out! You don't regret it!

If you like customer service there is no better place for cell phone and vape needs I would have to write a book to truly share all the positive experiences I've had with the proprietor and his employees but what I will tell you is they have bent over backwards to make sure I'm happy..., I don't mean I'm taking advantage of someone happy I mean I'm a fair customer with typical and common issues and needs and they've gone above and beyond to take care of what's needed.. also Nothing is more frustrating than employees that don't know what they're selling well you won't have that problem here you would think the employees trained at every product facility for every product they sell.... And once again I can't express how much the owner has done whatever it took to make sure any issues I've ever had were made right and that's priceless you really can't put a price on someone righting a wrong.. even though it's not their fault or the store's fault they've still done what was needed to correct the situations I'm still speechless not used to getting this level of service they have my business for life

The owner sold me 2 bad phones within 3 weeks and kept lying about fixing them he said he had to diagnose the problem by looking at the phone and his warranty on anything is a lie. The receipt said 7 days I came back the next day about the first phone and he said that the 7 days didn't matter. The owner himself said I have warranty whenever there is a problem so I was a little skeptical about that. I asked to switch to another phone that was 20$ more that I was willing to pay for because I didn't want to wait 5 days for another shipment of phones because I stay 4 hours away. So he gave me another phone that was 20$ more than what I bought mine for at no charge well that was expected because the first phone screen kept blanking out. When I was given that phone it was dead and I was told it needed charging. It charged for 3hours and then It started quickly going dead so I went back to the store but he was closed . I been calling reaching employees who lied about the times the store manager would be available. I finally called back and told them I have no choice but to file a police report to get my money back or phone fixed and that's when the owner contacted me. Today which is 6/11/17. I had my sister take the phone back to him because we had talked and I was told I could get the battery replaced now its a problem because he feel as if his test which consist of watching the phone playing videos on YouTube didn't fail all day its nothing wrong with the phone but I had video footage and screenshots of the battery descending rapidly he didn't want to see that . At this point I'm just fed up and I have purchased a new phone from another store. I lost Money and I was sold 2 bad phones. I DONT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE !!! He didn't Inform me on the no return policy upon purchase until I swiped my card and it was on the receipt. !!!!.. I work to hard for my money to be losing it like this its sad !!!

prices were good but the employee who was there seemed completely disinterested in anything, he was helpful reccomending a battery for the product i purchased but that was about it
