Definitely not impressed. They didn’t have any type of falcon coils in stock, so I’m guessing maybe they’re bad at inventory? And the juice selection is all home made. Zero popular brands and nic levels are very low. I feel like she said 1.5? Very questionable shop

AMAZING staff and customer service! I knew absolutely nothing about vaping and as soon as I walked in they made me feel right at home, and eased all of my worries and concerns. I had sooooo many (stupid) questions and I’m certain I got on their nerves; however, they always remained professional, and took the time to work with me until I found a device that I absolutely LOVE! They have a ton of amazing flavors, hosted in a very clean, modern/industrial, friendly environment (reminiscent of an Apple Retail Store). I will most certainly return, and highly recommend this location. P.S. I NEVER write reviews... but this place was worth it!

Update after going to the store in speaking with Cammy we agreed that it may have been a communication error that Smok was no longer selling coils for the TFV12 prince tank. As to the leaking falcon tank by Horizon Tech, I filled the tank with the vent holes closed and turned it upside down and opened them and have had no further leaks. Cammie was nice enough to replace the bottle of orange sticky buns that had leaked into my MOD as well as cleaning out the juice in my mod for me. They are helpful and want the customer to be satisfied

I'm new to vaping and I wished to use a 100% VG vape fluid for a couple of organic vape blends I ordered online, and their sales associate Jamie was able to fully address all my questions and concerns regarding starting out quickly and easily. I'm very happy with both the customer service and the products I purchased. This will now be my go to spot for all my vaping needs in the future.
