I've been a customer for over 5 years but I'm done with them. Yes the staff is super nice but the products they sell are junk. I bought a new battery on March 7 and was told I had 14 day warranty. On the 10th day it quit working so still being under warranty, I took it down there to get a new one but he told me he could "fix it." I didn't want it fixed. I wanted a new one since it was under warranty. So I gave them a chance and just went with it. Now it's broke again and out of the 14 day warranty! Don't buy batteries or chargers from them because they are JUNK!!

I've been a patron since they opened their first store. I'm very pleased with the quality of products they sell. I read a post that said I can get 5 coils for $5 bucks lmao! Also if you can get better quality down the street as the other post wrote. Good luck! They make their product that I use in house. No one I mean no one has better tasting flavors than Vape Hut! Believe me I've had the rest, have always came back to the best. ( only reason I went elsewhere was because it was after hours) it tasted horrible, I actually threw it away. Thanks for nothing the other self proclaimed Vape!

My sister and I spent $75.00 yesterday in the store. The top she got was a small one and when we got home she realized it should have been the larger tank. She took it back in 24 hours, still in the box , with receipt- and the rude staff would not exchange it. The one she needed was more expensive and she was willing to pay the difference but they kept saying no! She spends about $100.00 per month in there- and I spend money there when in Wilmington. No more. They do NOT try and please a GOOD AND LOYAL . CUSTOMER! Good bye! Terrible customer service!

It's clean, the prices are good for a brick and mortar vape shop. The selection as good or better than any other local vape shop. They carry Space Jam/Halo e-juices and that's what keeps me coming back. The staff has been helpful every time I go in.

Employees are almost always friendly and helpful. I'm not really into the scene of vaping and they respect that and don't make you feel unwelcome. Prices are competitive not extremely high nor the cheapest. This is the place to go if you want a casual experience with a knowledgeable staff that doesn't shun you for not knowing everything about vaping. Thanks guys!
