Alan and Rob were great helping me figure out why my tank wasn’t screwing in correctly and even replaced a coil free of charge to get the unit working properly. Both guys answered all my questions with patience, especially since I’m new to vaping. Their customer service is awesome every time I visit.

Very rude customer service we DID NOT have a good experience in this store! However Sun Valley took real good care of us great prices and customer service! Kure in Sun Valley is where it’s at!

Pretty good selection of juice. Been here twice and the guy with all the piercings and the grey beard makes me uncomfortable. Unfriendly approach. I asked the guy some questions about a coil and he said “I don’t know. I don’t use this tank. Couldn’t tell you.” And he told me “You should probably know a little more before coming into the store.” when I asked him if the 5 coil for my vape had more flavor. And I remarked “I thought maybe somebody who worked here could help me.” And looked at him. Made me feel like an idiot for asking a few questions instead of helping. Good place to go if you don’t need any help and just need to go in and out lol
