Bought a defective mod yesterday. Made it to the parking lot and brought it back in. Leaking everywhere. Salesperson adjusted it and stated to keep using it because he probably put too much in it. Brought it back in a few hours later because it was leaking profusely. He chamged the coil and said keep trying it. Took it back today and was told no refunds on defective products. Wow! Stay away from this place. That's is a lot of money they took and don't back there products. I wish I had read the review prior to mine.

My wife bought ELeaf IJUST3 here on Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday evening it was spitting hot ejuice. (We bought the juice from Cloud 9 as well.) When she took it back in Wednesday they said it was a new product and tried to adjust it. It temporarily helped but by Wednesday evening was doing the same thing. Today, Thursday, she brought it back in for return/ replacement/ trade for something else. Was told that they do not accept returns even for DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

Fantastic staff, great people, with an even better humour. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and will continue to do so. If you're within 20 miles, I would suggest the drive for the expeirance and customer service here at Cloud 9 Vapor. They have some pretty good sales too.
