Good variety of products. Always have the newest items. Mid- to top of the line products can be found here as well. You can find the best quality mods and all kinds of pods, tanks, and drippers. They have alot of e-liquids ranging from sweet candies to custards to coffees.

Cloud 9 is the place to go for all your vaping needs. I had been going to a local tobacco shop for my juices and hardware, but always felt they were trying to get me to buy an unfamiliar juice or a cloned mod. Since the tobacco shop lets customers smoke in the store, it is often too smelly for a non-smoker to stay in the shop for more than a few minutes, and you smell awful on leaving. Cloud 9 is a vapors store... plain and simple. Malvin is awesome with his ability to sense what I need in a juice, and has turned me on to some wonderful flavors. I can tell him, "I want something not too sweet, maybe a fruit or citrus, etc." and he can help me pick out the perfect juice. Ms Chellsea is also wonderful and helps me with the latest mods and juices, and always has a quick smile to make my day a bit brighter. Her knowledge of their products and flavors makes her one of my "go-to" people. You cant go wrong when you have such great people. Give them a try!

Vaping... what more can i say... skinny jeans and feel the burn decals... this shop was friendly. Helpful. And even though they didnt sell cbd (for pain management) they were helpful in getting me the parts for my rig that they dont even sell. Got some silly juice stuff to mix with my cbd... reads lable... female friendly... something about lips... im comfortable with my gummy bear flavored e juice... lol

I’m not the biggest vape enthusiast out there, but I like to visit shops every few weeks. This is one of the best shops I’ve been to in a while. A little bit more pricey than some places, but with good deals and a great selection. The staff is not only very knowledgeable and friendly, but also refreshingly honest. You’ll walk out with the best options for you and not just what they want you to buy. I’d rather make a 20 minute trip here than go somewhere only a few minutes away.

Love their selection on juice, people have been really friendly and knowledgeable. Only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because I've gotten juice from them before and I dot was very stout so they'd probably had it it while, I couldn't use it it was so strong and they wouldn't do anything for me. I asked before I broke the seal and they said there was nothing they'd do, but madvapes will exchange the juice if this happens

No return policy. Out of all the vapor shops in the area this is by far the worst. I needed a new coil and 4 batteries. The salesman examined my mod and rung me up. It was only after we put batteries in that we discovered that the mod was broken. Ok no problem. I asked to return the unopened coil. They told me that the law says they can't accept returns on any tobacco products. Despite other store accepting returns. I asked if I can go ahead and return the batteries. Seeing that I dont need them. Now that my mod is non working. They said that couldn't do that. I couldn't even get store credit for something that was still in the package. And the batteries were never in any wrapping. This is a terrible way to run a business

Knowledgeable staff with great mod and accessories selection, but if you want them to order something specific or in a different color that you're looking for, good luck, they don't seem to have a process for that and don't really know what's coming in when. Had to order what I needed online elsewhere.
