I was a little scared about sending my vape in due to all the reviews that were posted. To be honest, my experience was nothing like the reviews. On the form is says 2-3 weeks and it was 3 weeks. So thank you guys for replacing my vape for me. Thank you for the great customer service.

Worst company to deal with. Never have anything in stock. They cannot even issue a check for store credit they owed us in a timely fashion. Will NEVER do business with again. So many other suppliers out there that appreciate their customers. We would still have been a customer if they had inventory.

On April 17th, I shipped out a smok mod for warranty. About a week later I sent them an email wondering the approximate turn around time. They never responded. Sent 2 more follow up emails the next couple weeks. No response. So I started to call the number on the warranty form that I got from smoks website. Called several times with no answer. With this starting to feel shady already, I called from a different number, imagine that I got an answer. I finally got an estimated time of completeness after a month of them dodging my calls and emails. They said a shipment would be in in June. Well a month after passes and June hits. I still have not received a call. So I call them and they say I'm still not in the system and asked where I sent it to. I told them to the address I got on the warranty form. They proceeded to tell me that is the wrong address and they do not have it because they moved. They said they would go pick it up and to call the next week. I called and asked if they had it in their possession and they proceeded to tell me if it was it would be in the mail room and to call next week and it should be in the system. Well I try and call from the number that's on my form and imagine that, they don't answer. I called 4 times with in 3 hours. So they forced my hand into writing a better business bureau complaint. That was just submitted today. All this just because I want to make sure they have my property in their possession. But it sounds like they are trying to duck me because they screwed up.

I have been waiting for my mod that was defective for "2 long months" and still have not received anything. Damn I mean these guys truly don't care about their customers. Please believe all these 1 star reviews! No joke! Look somewhere else to buy your vape necessities.
