Best vaping place, Love every one in there know most of them by name. If i ever have a question they always break it down for me, Or at least take the time to show me. The lounge is amazing so nice to go sit and relax and talk to the people. 10/10 For these guys keep up the great work.

Staff members lack of knowledge cost me $52 extra. I came in looking for a Aspire Nautilus and was up sold to a Aspire Atlantis "better air flow and more control for the battery I have and I would like it more". So I buy - $10 more for a better product, why not? I take it home and hook it up and it doesn't work, change coils, still doesn't work so I take it back and another employee tells the guy it WON'T even work for my battery (MVP), so I asked to exchange it for a Nautilus. Easy enough, right? Nope, I put liquid in it so they cannot resale so they refused. I was told "you should've stuck around longer man". What would have been the difference? So instead of taking care of a customer I had no choice but to buy a new battery or get stuck with something worse. So there went another $52 including the bulls**t 10% inconvenience discount. So because of a employees lack of knowledge I lose money. Won't be going back nor will I ever recommend them. S**t service.

I've stopped smoking and started vaping. I save over $40 a week or more. I have tried other alternatives but the solution came from Carolina Fog. Without the stench of cigarettes.

Carolina Fog was my first vaping store and was very satisfied with the employees and owner is awesome guy, I would go too carolina fog before anywhere else, I dont get to go there much anymore due too moving too boone area. Two thumbs up for carolina fog
