Was working here from out of town and busted a glass on my tank. Alex tried to find me a replacement glass and when he couldn't find one that fit my tank he gave me a new tank free of charge! Best customer service and outright friendly shop I have ever seen! Thanks!!

The staff here is very helpful, and there is an extensive selection of liquids. Lounge atmosphere with a pool table, darts, and foos ball. The hardware selection is mostly high end equipment, and the employees take the time to fully explain the equipment and how to use it.

I'm on the edge about this place. The staff is very friendly, but I bought some fluid and it had literally no flavor. In addition, the brand always comes with a pack of cotton and it was missing from the box. I called and explained and they wanted me to come back in, but I just called the manufacturer instead.
