Joshua helped me find some new coils, new juice, and even setup my mod with new cotton. He was very knowledgeable on the product and even gave me some tips while he was setting things up. Also, I left my juice in the store and he noticed and brought it out to my car as I was about to leave.

Kim and Silas were amazing. Gonna be moving to the area and won’t go anywhere else for my vaping needs. Kim let me smell the juices I was interested in and recommended some I hadn’t considered. She was extremely helpful and is the kind of person I’d love even just hanging out with. Had a 5 star experience from the moment I walked in the door. Even with customers galore, everyone was acknowledged and treated as priorities. Their attentiveness was truly impressive and just awesome. It was obvious how much they cared about the customer experience and I can’t say enough good things about mine. I went in wanting to get in and out and ended up getting not only the juice I wanted, but also an experience I hadn’t had from any other vape shop. I left Charlotte vapes in a better mood and overwhelmed by Kim and Sila’s kindness and positivity. Awesome awesome place and people!
