Helpful and friendly staff. Recently got a hand-me-down from a friend, but was ignorant of a lot of basic information. Went to the store off of 40/42 and was greeted by Shane. He was personable and extremely helpful in informing me about cleaning and maintenance. He told me which brand of coils that I would need and even replaced and primed the burnt coil for me. Outstanding service from this store.

The BEST!! Almost always have what we need, & if they don't, they will get it ... #1 in customer service compared to all the others & they always go out of their way to make the customer happy! They were one of the first e-cig retailers in the area & have remained (by far) the BEST.

Absolutely love their customer service and they welcome you Once you walk in the store and you also get to try their flavors out I really like that. And they keep it really clean they use a disposable mouth piece that goes over it to try the flavors out.

I bought the kit that got me off cigarettes at Misty Mountain on Westgate years ago. As time has gone on, I've started buying my liquid online to save money but still try to get to Misty Mountain to buy mods when I'm in the market for a new setup, or when I want to try new flavors. You might pay a bit more over online prices, but to me it's worth it and the prices are not that much higher. They do a great job and it's worth putting money in the local economy whenever you can!
