This place is the worst! The service is very mediocre, staff is not educated on products, and I only do business here for the convenience of it being close to home. The only one worth going to is the Yadkin Rd location (shout out to the Yadkin crew), which is way out of my way. Electra Vapor needs to close this location for a day for business service training to build a consistent customer experience across all locations. Tonight the icing hit the cake when google stated that the location closes at 9pm and I drive to get there 20mins before 9pm and they're closed. Guess one of the employees was bored and wanted to leave early. I've been with Electra vapor since day one on Yadkin, but this location's has definitely left a burnt coil taste for me. If I can't make it to Yadkin then I guess it's Avail Vapor for me. (And I know they're pricey, but it's worth the experience).

The woman here is either dumb or a liar. My sister went in to see if they had a replacement part for my vape and she was told that it was not possible to fix it which caused my sister to just buy me a whole new one. While I appreciate the new one I feel that my sister was tricked into buying it. I have replaced this part before and the part is only $4 online....dont go here. They either have no idea what they're talking about or they'll try to trick you into spending money. Either way the business sucks.
