I switched from cigars and purchased an e device here. I was consistently having difficulty pulling vapor from it, so I decided I didn’t like it and it wasn’t for me. I come back the next day to exchange or return and a different employee than the one purchased from had conveniently different policies. This man was horrible at conversing period. Didn’t give a damn about helping, scrutinized my story as if I was just trying to get over. Between the device, the employee and policies I think anyone considering this place should just go to one of the many other options available locally.

This place is the best. Well owned, well operated, and you couldn't ask for better service. The guys are knowledgeable and helpful. They have troubleshot my vaporizer problems and even replaced my tank glass. They have a great selection of house vapes that they let you try before you buy and even offer coffee and brownies to customers. RTP Vapes has earned my repeat business over the past 2 years. I highly recommend them.
