Awesome place! Not like a regular head shop or tobacco shop. Employees are very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you quit smoking. If they don’t know something about a device then they’ll look it up while you’re there. They have a “low price guarantee” on device and coils, and a points/rewards system that gives $10 coupons for every $100 you spend - which is pretty easy if you’re a regular customer. The prices are a bit more expensive than a regular tobacco store because the liquids they make are high quality - no extra chemicals, artificial sweeteners, dyes, etc. They’re very straightforward about what’s in their liquids and care about what you use to transition away from cigarettes. They ask about your current smoking habits and recommend devices and juices based on that. If you sign up for their membership program - $1 for a lifetime membership! - you can taste all of their juices before you buy. They teach you how to put together your device when you check out, how to install coils, how to prime the coils, and how to care for your vape. Love this place!!!!

I will NEVER go to this store again. I came here to buy juice for my new vape (with nicotine) and juice for son (No nicotine), who is 19 yrs old. They told me they would not sell me juice for my son because he wasn't there (No problem). I told them " okay, I will just get mine". The manager and assistant manager told me that they can't sell me mine because I mentioned I was buying juice for my 19 year old son, which had 0 nicotine by the way. For Christ's sake, you're not selling AR-15s here!!! That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard from a manager at a store. This store will not survive as long as this is the way they treat their customers.

Prices are high, atmosphere and the employee was friendly and helpful. Maybe spend a little less on the fancy bags to bring consumer costs down a bit just a thought lol
