I am updating my review on June 2, 2018. Avail has worked hard to become a premier shop for discerning vape enthusiasts. Yes, it's an experience... not a regular, run if the mill vape shop. It's a difference you will feel from the moment you open the door to enter and leave. Avail, had several locations throughout the US, in the Raleigh-Durham surrounding area as well as an online store. The nice things about their brick and mortar stores are: 1. You can try all the e-liquid varieties that you'd like 2. The staff at this location is always courteous and helpful 3. Sometimes you can catch deals on merch So, in short, Avail can't be best on the quality of e-liquid that they make. It's done in labs and quality control is unparalleled. E-liquid is why you'd go there. For accessories, (i.e. mods, kits, drip tips, batteries, cleaners, chargers, etc), you'd probably find the same products, or better products, elsewhere locally for a little less moola. Come for the e-liquid and stay for the experience!

They don’t care about the customers. They care about money, and only money. As an employee, you have a quota to meet, and they tell the employees to push, push, push to get the customer to buy as much as possible, even if they’re a beginner and have no idea what they’re doing. I know this because I worked there.

Well I am saddened to say that I will no longer be shopping at Avail. When I first discovered Avail I was very impressed with the staff and the product. A few months back this location went under management changes. Since these changes I have felt a strong decline in not only the customer service but the over all knowledge of the employees and management. The e-liquid line when I first started shopping with Avail was spot on and full of flavor. Recently I have had issues with the liquid burning out coils in one to two days with absolutely no flavor. I went through six coils in two weeks. I have been priming my coils the exact same way I have for the past two years and using the exact same set up for the past four months. It seems as though the corporate office has become more concerned with price over quality. With this being said I will no longer frequent or refer anyone to Avail until their product and management is back to the level that made me like that store in the first place. 9/29/17 Just went in after over a year of not shopping there. Let me just say I am still as disappointed as the last time I went in. The liquid quality has dropped even further than before. I will absolutely NEVER shop there again.
