Very nice shop. I’m always greeted walking in the door. They have a variety of products to suit everyones needs. Friendly service and knowledgeable about their products. Glass a d vape prices tend to be cheaper than the surrounding shops.

I absolutely love Cloud Vape! The location, the products, the prices, and the staff! I’m very new to the area and really dislike national chains. I prefer the ”Mom & Pops”, locally owned with a ”Cheers” type of establishment where ”everyone knows your name.” The main person that I see mostly working at Could Vape is Brandi, who is actually the first employee that helped to find what I needed( not what a store would want to sell me). She was and is actually quite brilliant when it comes to knowledge of all of the products, customer service, and an exquisite personality!!! Maybe, I'm a little biased because I have a total weakness for redheads but sue me! I managed a local(local as in the Triangle) chain of tanning salons for a decade and I would only hire people with her qualities to make sure the customers felt comfortable every time they came to the front door. Cloud Vape, continue doing what you're doing!!!

Brandy is the Bomb-Diggity-Boom. Aside from being so helpful, everything she suggests I absolutely love! Wicked knowledgeable in the vape and juice world, a plus on my books. To top things off I love her personality and friendliness. I feel like family/friend when I walk in and because of her, mainly, I don't shop locally anywhere else. Thank you Brandy (if you get this) for all that you do and for an outstanding customer service.
