Crazy amount of combinations and flavors at the juice bar, friendly and helpful employees. I came in the other day and Jordan helped me out. Very friendly and knew what she was doing. Clean shop and a very inviting environment. 10/10 would recommend coming here!

Awesome customer service in a super laid back and comfortable environment. Great sales on everything! Tom cleaned my tank and put a new coil in for me without me even asking him to. They really care about their customers at this shop.

You know most companies that get as big as Madvapes get to this point and stop worrying about individual customers, they look at their profit margin and if it's not affecting it, they simply don't care. This isn't the case with Madvapes, I had a bad experience and voiced my concerns here, assuming that it would fall in with so many other ignored reviews. I was wrong. Within 24 hours they contacted me and wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied customer, I'm absolutely astounded that there are still companies that do business like it should be done and Madvapes is one of them.

Nate and Chris are the best! I came in with no knowledge of vaping, and I left with an amazing setup! They have so many juices and are extremely friendly. They made sure I knew exactly how everything worked and all the safties of vaping.
