This is my ultimate favorite spot. Sonny has always been nothing but kind trustworthy & helpful. I truly feel as if I am family when I come here. His liquids are amazing & his knowledge about every mod is amazing. His prices are better than any other shop I have been too. I refuse to go anywhere else anymore. Such a hard working amazing man who really takes pride in his business.

The staff on site at this location are incredibly knowledgeable on all current vaping devices and accessories. They always suggest at least 3 different choices for all coils, mods, cotton, and juice. If they didn't have any item for me they ordered it and it came in within the week. Excellent service!

Some new kid refused to help me when a device I purchased last night from them exploded in my hand. Pushed responsibility on the manufacturer and was unwilling to help in any way other than a discounted price on another device. Was more concerned about getting rid of me when I've been coming in and spending hundreds of dollars for two years. Absolutely amateur and disrespectful. Refused to call someone in charge to allow me to speak to them in regards to the situation. The house juice sucks and they just view you as a wallet

I frequently patronize this establishment for my vapor needs. Sonny is a great guy-- he drives a hard bargain, but his prices are reasonable and he is open to negotiation within reason depending on what product/ how much product you are buying. Sonny is the reason I keep coming back to Cloud Werx. These type of shops are often passed over when it comes to giving credit but I truly believe they are making a difference and helping people... and that's what I love! I quit smoking cigarettes over a year ago now and I owe it to shops like Cloud Werx for staying in business and making real contributions to our communities.

Cloud werx is hands down my favorite vape shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Super chill environment. And you always leave with what you were looking for even if you don't know lol.
