I love this place..they make you feel at home and are good listeners..lol...Mia if I spelled her name correctly..is amazing..she is a beautiful person inside and out!! They are helpful and very knowledgeable about their products!

They do not answer the phones, had to drive 15 minutes just to ask a question.... Tried to get a hold of someone through the website, doesn't even look like it's finished being made! I would like to be able to give this place more than one star but they lack basic customer service skills and don't seem to be much concerned with answering phones... Hope you all figure it out

I was not impressed with this place at all. For one you can ask to sample what they have, and they hand it to you then just say smell it ..... never heard of any vape shop not having a quick setup with throw away tips so there customers can actually try the product ( the person behind the counter seemed mind blown that I actually wanted to try the product, like I would just smell it and be like oh wow that’s great).The person working behind the counter just seemed to be baked to be honest.When asked if they could show me how to change my coil the person behind the counter just looked at me like a idiot.she did attempt to show me with just throwing a paper towel down and giving the worst instruction possible. I just wanted to actually see how bad the customer service was. The best part of it all was when an older gentlemen came in asking about the age limit to purchase the juice, the person behind the counter stated “21”, after the older gentlemen went on saying how his son was 17 and blah blah. When the older gentlemen left both people working behind the counter kept going over how they couldn’t deny to sell him the product just because he didn’t come right out and say “it’s for my son who’s only 17.” Come on people really you have to justify the sale multiple times in front of other customers when you knew it should not have happened. Never will I ever return to this whole in the wall again, but the juice was ok. FYI way over priced
