Almost all of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They set me up with my 1st in November, and have helped me figure out what I like as well as what works for me. (Using vape as NRT) Convenient place as well as hours and the manager rocks. They have my business.

Depending on who is working, they are usually very friendly (with one major exception that I can think of). They are always informative and can usually answer any questions you may have. Their e-juice is usually (depending on the brand) at a reasonable price and much better than anything I've found online. Plus you can try the flavors before you buy them so you are not wasting your money. I will continue to shop here indefinitely.

I REALLY want to like this place. Sadly I don't though. Though Vapor King is probably the best local vaping shop in the area, it needs to up its game! You pay a premium for going to their shop as everything is significantly more expensive than buying online. I am okay with this as their staff theoretically can provide you with valuable knowledge while you are there. Their staff are often fun and friendly. They also can get distracted and space on answering questions or tell you nonsense in order to get back to their lunch or hanging out with their friends. The biggest problem I have with Vapor King is their inventory though. They don't carry smaller less expensive items. It's fine that they don't sell squonk bottles, building wire, and drip tips, but it's irresponsible for them to not carry basic safety items like battery wraps and battery carrying cases. These items are a must for any reputable shop that sells batteries! Since Vapor King isn't a one stop shop and you'll need to buy online anyway, I recommend you save some money by avoiding the Vapor King unless you need to pick someone's brain.

Great store! However the parking at the Vestal Pkwy location is HORRIBLE! Something needs to change or I will go to another location with better parking!
