Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Juice is much more pure and consistent than other shops around WNY. Prices are fair. Call ahead to make it quicker if you know what you want. Like their Facebook page for notifications on when they run sales. Their sales are very good and occur usually twice a week, once for the store and once for online purchases only usually on Sunday. You can purchase online but need to validate your license I believe to complete the order. You have to send a photo copy in I believe. Again, great place where the product you are inhaling is treated with medical lab grade care. High recommend! - Customer of 4 years.

I honestly can say this place has the best juice or there. I've been to many MANY differant places and Nothing compares. I drive just over 2 minutes Just for their juice and I have countless places within minutes of my home. Not to mention they always have awesome sales, 50% to 55% of their juice. You can order online and pick up in store or have it delivered right to your house. I suggest trying it at least once, I promise you'll return, Nothing Compares.

The prices are great here for there products. Not the cheapest but definitely far from the most expensive. The only cheaper I could find is to order online but I hate waiting. I also came in there with a faulty tank ready to buy a new one but instead of seeing a quick sale they took the time to try to fix what I had and even replaced the item I bought there free of charge to see if maybe that was the issue. They know there products and they aren't there just to sell you something they really do care about what they are selling.

Had a very rude customer service experience by a woman when I went in to make a few purchases. She was judgemental of what j wanted to buy and clearly had little interest in helping me. Even though this store location was more convenient for me, I went to house of vapor.
