Mike Groves is always spot on with his juice recommendations. Store is always fully stocked with the newest juice, mods, and accessories. Stop in whenever you can for the family atmosphere and leave with everything you came for.

I ran out of juice while visiting a friend in the area. I stopped into a friendly atmosphere and Mike was great at honing to what I may like and recommended Hulks Tears. I will definitely drop in again when I run out. Thank you Mike.

Every one who works in this shop is super helpful!!!!! They're always willing to make suggestions and share their favorites. They are very knowledgeable and can help answer any questions for people new to vaping, or looking for a change in mod. Awesome selection, there's something for everyone. I finally decided to review because, without realizing it, I walked in as they were leaving today, and Alex took care of me WITHOUT HESITATION. This place is great.

Really awesome experience. I was a little apprehensive for it being my first time. I do not know much about vape but Alex was very helpful and has vast knowledge about the Vape Industry and products. He suggested that I start off with a starter kit that was easy to operate, he even gave me a tutorial on how to get it filled and started. I am really please with the customer service, pricing and overall integrity from this location and will be coming back since I live pretty close.

Mike (the owner) is the man. There’s not a vape question that he can’t accurately and informatively answer. For anybody from new vapers to “seasoned” ones, he’s guaranteed to help you out with whatever you need.... and when it comes to juices, you won’t walk out of there without something that suits you. J and A1 is the best place there is, never mind feeling right at home. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Jimmy is a great with helping me on different flavors that are always the best. Jesse is great as well. Last month my vape was stole and the cops needed information on it, they were great help toward the whole situation. They always have so many different options and they great you with such a welcome feeling. This place is the best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Keep up the great work J and A I am always a happy customer leaving there every time...

I've been loyal to this shop for almost 4 years now. Went to the shop when they first opened up at the Lincoln and Richmond Road store. I was new to vaping and felt at home the second I walked in the door. Prices are proper and the shop usually runs sales throughout the year. If you are looking for a shop to sit down and relax the owners are easy to talk to, and so is the staff. Let's put it this way, I started off as a customer and ended up being treated like family. 5 star rating all the way for this crew. No matter which shop you stop at you'll feel right at home.

I have been going to J&A on Richmond Rd for years now since they first opened. I have never had a bad experience there. Every time I go there it is usually Jimmy or Jesse that is working that day. Great customer service, great products, great place to go. You can even go there to just hangout with the guys.
