This review is a long time coming. I began shopping around at this mini warehouse-garage type place not expecting much. I saw TONS of beautiful pieces. Keeping in mind pieces that caught my eye I let the staff know I was just looking around town and may be back. The clerk advised me to check out the other shops in town and head back anytime I wanted. I went over to Super Smoke and Save. The prices were expensive and none of the 5 guys vaping their lungs out greeted us the entire time. So I went to Up In Smoke. The pieces were nice but very redundant. Small selection. And there was only enough room in the store for me to be watched and asked if I wanted to buy pieces I never showed interest in. So! I went back to Ex-Hale and the guy I saw previously had a huge grin on his face. I told him about my experiences in town and he replied, “Yeahhhhh, I knew you’d be back.” I scooped a gorgeous UFO rig, a carb cap, and my first glycerine nectar collector. I LOVE this place and the customer service was fantastic. I definitely recommend if you’re from out of town and are looking for affordable and unique glass pieces. They also had every accessory imaginable. Thank you guys again!

Don't go if your looking for expensive high end cigars. Head there if you want quality and value. They have great prices and carry many of Cigar Aficionados best buys for 2016 and 2017.

Horrible customer service. Sold me a broken product and refused to let me exchange it. Will be purchasing from Pale Horse Vapors in Ballston Spa from now on.
