Highly recommended. The manager has great customer service and was able to rectify a problem we had with a device purchased earlier in the week. His knowledge was vast, he was very helpful, and ultimately we left with a safe and stylish set up. Thank you so much, we can't wait to deal with you in the future!

Huge selections. However, the fact every other vape store you can test the juice but this one you can't? Also, some of the bottles are huge. If you happen to not like it, you're pretty much out of luck. They say they try them all. However, not everyone has the same taste. Very knowledgeable about their products. I will unfortunately never be going back due to the inability to not try a liquid before you buy.

Garbage customer service. Ordered some juice on their website and was sent the wrong flavor and have been basically fighting to get my return processed. On site chat is hardly active and emails go unanswered.
