Google and their website says it opens at 11am. I waited by the store from 10:30am, it’s now 11:45 still closed! Accountability is key to running a successful business!

This kid I bought vape from at seven one vape is rude and in in NOT knowledgeable. Short Asian kid. I Almost left the place. They used to have helpful workers. Also the prices are not the best.

Purchased a starter kit AL85 from this store (150 worth). Vape was on display, with screen sticker peeling, asked for discount, none offered, paid full retail. 16 days later screen on vape goes out completely (2 days out of return period) Apparently this is a common issue on Smoktechs. Brought into store and was told to contact original manufacturer in China. If I had known I would be dealing with the manufacturer I would've purchased online and pay less than retail. Good selection of juices....
