This place is alright. All the staff are knowledgeable on anything related to vaping. Chris is awesome and very helpful especially when it comes to coils. One of the guys, Anton, kept calling me "Harold" I'm not sure why my name sounds nothing like that but kept calling me it even after I corrected him.

Really great staff. Nick helped me out a lot and is awesome dude. Clean establishment with a clear selection. They even have a menu so you can chill and check out all the vape juices that they have. Really great experience.

Worst experience i have ever had, the lady acted as if she didn’t want to sell me anything, i ask for 6mg liquid, she kept telling me they didn’t have, when i clearly saw it in display, after finally getting her to sell me one, i asked for a pieman 6mg in display, she looks at the bottle that clearly said 6mg and told me that it wasn’t, im not sure what i did to her, my first and last time there, if you are hispanic or African american i don’t recommend you going, truly hurt my feelings, after i paid she just walked away from me not offer me a bag to take my juices, i had to leave with them in hand, the most unprofessional experience ive ever had. Every customer should be treated with some sort of dignity.

I’ve been coming here as well as their closed store on St. Marks when they were opened up. These guys concept is different. You try before you buy. A lot of exotic as well as premium flavors. All vaping gadgets are on hand and the staff is not only professional, but they take the time to explain everything. I love the points system too. A laid back dimly lit atmosphere like The neighborhood bar in Brooklyn. This place is a must...!!!!
