Security guard let 6 people he knew cut the line in front of me and claimed they all had an appointment. They provide bad customer service because they can.

Amazing interior design, extensive selection of merchandise - some choice styles tucked in-between the racks. Only downside is having to line-up to shop due to the limited in-store space - luckily I waited less than the 10-minute threshold I would have left at.

I originally had this marked 5 stars. And to be fair when they are open they are awesome. But the online side of this baffles me. I placed a $5k order with them (which might sound like a lot but i do this every week). Radio silence. Order never shipped. And now I’m having to go through my bank to get the money. I can’t even say poor customer service; all I can say is terrible non existent customer service. TLDR; be ready to fight tooth and nail to get money back from these guys if you order online and they decide not to fulfill it.
