Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I both quit smoking cigarettes because of how easy they made it. You can tell they are passionate about their products and will always give you an honest answer. There is no pressure at all when you are browsing. As long as I vape, I will always go here.

I came to the five one vape latham and John Houston was super helpful and made the experience alot more laid back and understandable than past experiences. I highly recommend coming to see him for all your vaping needs!!!!

This review was for the rep who helped me in the shop today Marco. This was the first time I entered the shop and did like the atmosphere. It was clean. The next thing that was very welcoming was Marco helping me through the process of what exactly I want and am looking for as I am new to vaping. I wanted to veer away from cigarettes for multiple reasons. I was extremely pleased with his help and knowledge on the material. I hope to see him again next time I need product from the shop. Best customer service ive ever received. I keep having leaking issues with my vape and the crew is very nice in helping me solve the issue and never over sell other products to me.
