Had bought a battery and the next day there was an issue with it and I brought it back to exchange for another one. It took about a half hour and I was set up with a fully charged battery which is working wonderfully. Knowledgeable staff and excellent service. Will be back soon

I have been a loyal customer at the Eggert Rd. store since I quit smoking cigarettes in 2014. Ray set me up with my first vaping equipment and has had such patience with me, explaining new and different liquids and equipment. My rating would be a 5 except there have been too many times when I have gone in to buy coils and Ray has to tell me "I don't have any." I have asked when does he think they'll be in? He responds "I don't know. They have been ordered but I don't know when they'll get here." Having this happen once is bad enough, but I haven't been able to purchase the coils I need since April. None of the other locations have these coils either. In the past I have had problems with not being able to get the E- liquid that I prefer. That problem seems to have been fixed. Running out of replacement equipment for merchandise that is sold in that storeis one thing. But when you continually are told "it's been ordered but I don't know when it will be available" is no way to run a business. Ray is an incredibly knowledgeable and personable manager and frankly is one of the only reasons I continue to purchase my vaping supplies at H.O.V. on Eggert.

I’ve been to a lot of different places for information on how to use my mods and Ray is the only one who was eager to sit down with me and my many mods, tanks and coils. He even help me downsize from 6 to 4 mods and was very eager to teach. Great customer service. I was happy to see that he never let a customer enter the store and be ignored. He greeted them by name or in for more..... so please go see Ray at the Eggert Road location for all your vaping needs and questions.

Wonderful experience. Ray helped me out and was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had no idea what I was looking for and he set me up perfectly. He made sure I walked out the door satisfied. Would absolutely recommend House of Vapor to everyone.

This is my new home for any product - I walk in, am quickly assisted, and (being new to vaping) all of my questions were answered. The staff here is a group of gurus in the vape world, and they have an intrinsic desire to help you find the best solution. Ray is primarily the one I see working most, and my first impression with him was so good that I decided it’s time to change my ideal vape shop - to this one. Thanks for all of the help, HoV!
