Love this place! Very knowledgeable, welcoming, and patient. I love the atmosphere. They take their time to help you find what you want and don’t make you feel rushed. I’m so happy I found this shop and I will definitely keep coming back.

I wanted to start vaping again after going back to smoking for two years. I am 46 and know its now or never. I remember my experience being so great the first time around with Juice Box, I went back. First time i was there they sold me the I just 3 which I loved. I told the owner ( forgot his name) what I was looking for..... my vaping needs, preference etc... he immediately tells me to get the RPM, however, to my surprise they did not have any left in stock. At this point he could have tried to sell me anything just to make a sale. Instead he reassures me they will have it in a couple of days and took my # to contact me when he gots them in stock. he calls me, unfortunately I was in Brooklyn, so what does he do? sets aside the item until I could get to the shop. Im sorry...that is great customer service. Hands down the best vape shop I personally have been to. Not to mention the fair prices. AAA+.

BEST Vape shop! I came across this shop almost a year ago now and the first time I walked in they were VERY knowledgeable. I won’t go NEAR anywhere else. I wanted a shop that made me feel home and every time I come in I’m treated like family. Thank you guys!
