They never have enough merchandise in stock. 3 out of 5 times they don’t have what I come in for which is probably them not ordering enough on purpose for fear they’ll be stuck w/ it in case they have to go out of business. I was really hoping they would build up considering they’re one of the only shops east of Syracuse. Parking is bad and service is sub-par. Get better staff and more stock. The parking isn’t they’re fault and either is the traffic pulling in & out. Wanted to give at least 2 stars but eh no stock and bad associates behind the counter really are bringing your business down. Last time I was in I thought I had more merchandise at my house!

So I’ve been vaping for 6+ years and I’ve been to a lot of shops, conventions and amdeeply into the community around vaping. Not only was the guy behind the counter condescending, rude and arrogant he had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. I’m not even going to bother going into the details unless asked but avoid this shop at ALL COSTS. Even without the customer connection and knowledge problem they have absolutely no stock, just outdated and sub par devices and maybe six bottles of juice. Hit up Premium Vapor in Cicero, about 15 mins away(don’t let the sub-par name fool you they’re legit). They seem to have their stuff together, and a pretty damn good selection. Hope to see them out of whatever dire straits whenever I pass through again. Will update next visit.

I stopped in on June 30, 2018 to purchase a mod and some liquid. The guy sold me a Wismec Jaybo Reuleaux RX2 200W TC Box for $75.00. I looked it up on the web the next day and they go for $38.95. It's pretty sad when you cannot even trust a retail shop to charge you the right price, instead I was over charged $35! I also paid cash.

Just went in to get juice and a coil and the guy was a complete a hole to me. I'm new to vaping and he was of no help. Totally passive aggressive towards me. Also was super rude. Horrible place. Don't ever want to deal with this kid ever again.
