This "buisness" sold me a fake smok alien and pushed it aside for months when I had an email from smok saying they will compensate for the alien on there next order from smok and as I would give them the vape they sold me for $120. I finally called Don as he is never in the store, I talked to him about the problem then Don accused me of braking the vape then hung up on me, I then called back to try to work something out as Don cursed me out and said "you got a problem bro, what's up you got a problem come at me" after hearing that we went at it back and forth until he hung up again. Bottom line LUCKYS VAPE SHOP SOLD ME A FAKE VAPE AND IS A FAKE ASS VAPE STORE (during the months of going in looking for Don trying to solve the problem only Paul would be working so I asked him to call Don from his phone as he did and talked to him about it and told me "the vapes we but aren't from smok we get it from another guy who gets it from another guy so to ship back your vape it would take really long")

The owner watched me pull into his parking space around the back and then I saw him driving off and then I noticed the sign on the door "closed for vacation" (they're supposed to close at 8 and they've closed way early many times before). Too bad this isn't the only issue that I have with this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They lost my business.
