If you give them a bad review they block phone calls from you number. Terrible prices compared to every other vape shop I've been to within 20 miles. What a bunch of babies honestly. Go to LI vape 8 miles east for fast friendly service with far better prices. If you want even better, go to surreal Vapors in deer Park off of Grand Ave. Huge store compared to this dinky shop with children at the helm.

Went 2 days ago to get a just battery for cartridges. The guy said here, this battery fits any cartridge... ok so I take it home and it DOESNT FIT any cartridge because it blinks when I try to use it with my cartridge. They don't answer the phone when I call FOR 2 DAYS... terrible customer service and overpriced to be honest. STEAR CLEAR ! There's way better around commack that actually care about giving the client a good product that works. Oh and answer the business phone? I mean answer your own business telephone when it rings. Bad business and to not answer phone calls for 2 days on a business phone shows your an inexperienced business owner who doesn't have a clue.

If your REAL hours are not 10am... then you should change them on line.. I Will not like the 2 other people who put a review.. that they waited half and hr n 45 minutes...u only getting 10 out of me... I'm huge onbring ON TIME..you just lost me as a customer.. which you prolly don't care cause add i see in the reviews you never even responded to the other 2 who said something about your hours of operation
