I went to Urban Vape 3 weeks ago bought a vape pen and a vape juice.today the glass broke on it and I went back to to the vape store and I bought another vape pen and more juice and asked them to replace the glass on the broken Vape pen. they replaced it never telling me the price. I figured it was a throw-in for having bought a second vape pen. I was outraged when i was told the price for the glass was $10 I can get 5 of them for a dollar on eBay. so I feel like i was being ripped off and can't trust the store. i spent $150 in the store and they had the nerve to ask for a 20 cent piece of glass back. how petty. I will take my business somewhere else! I wasn't looking for a free gift I was just perturbed I was being charged $10 for a small piece of glass. and was never told in advance what the price would be

Urban Vape on 3615 E Tremont Ave

I never have had a bad experience at Urban Vape, I've seen a few complaints about the guy with the beard (Always was helpful to me) and the girl with the gauges ( total sweetheart who even took the time to show me how to rebuild my 1st rebuildable coil) From the day they have opened in the neighborhood you could always count on them to have lots of knowledge, competitive pricing and the latest in Vape technology and e-juice. Bought my first,second and current mod from them with no pressure to ever upgrade or buy more product. Unless you want to overpay to a franchised outfit with no compassion or personality, i suggest you go see the folks at Urban Vape for that Neighborhood feeling.
