I bought a very nice mod there and it completely stopped working within 45 days for no reason. I contacted the manufacturer and was told they offer a replacement through the retailer within 90 days if I still had the box and receipt which I did. I went to the store and the employee told me that they won't honor the replacement because the manufacturer would not reimburse them. I wanted to show him the email from Eleaf stating they would but he seemed to busy to care so it looks like I'm out $60. From now on I'll be purchasing all my vape equipment directly from manufacturer and buying e liquid online. I might be waiting longer but at least if something happens I'll get a replacement. Plus illI save a few $$. I just liked supporting a local small business but if they won't look out for their customer then it's not worth it.

I've been in many states. The vapor king locations in Vestal and Binghamton are the Kings of vape. They have tons of mods boxes coils and juices to choose from and most are far better than any other places I've been. If your not going here I think your just not getting the good stuff. Just my opinion.
